Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Work Happy enable individuals and teams get to where they want and need to be to achieve their goals.

Sometimes it takes stepping back from the every day to be able to see the answer. Creating the necessary time, space and environment for growth and real thinking in our busy schedules is really important but we rarely feel we have the time to do this or put ourselves first.

We help businesses to increase efficiency and productivity, and reduce risk through tailored coaching for individuals and teams. Giving you, your teams and organisation the ability learn in the context of real problems, to build essential skills for that next step and improve your confidence on the way.

Each session is tailored to you and your teams depending on your needs as there is no set curriculum or structure that suits everyone, we follow a more flexible format according to the clients objectives. It is a two-way relationship between the coach and the client and both can influence the direction and content of sessions. We encourage learning to continue after the session and the responsibility for learning is on the individual.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling, where the focus is often looking at the past and assuming the client needs healing. Coaching is focused for the most part in the present or future and supports personal and professional growth.

Think of us a little like a sports coach on the sidelines helping you to create the right conditions for you to be at your best and listen to your needs.

What are the Benefits of Coaching? Here's what some of our Clients Say;

“It’s amazing how deep you can go in a short period of time. In particular, recognising how I feel in certain situations and then how that affects my reactions. Also understanding the effect of others on my self belief, and that I have the power to change that”
“It’s been good working through a variety of subjects. We seem to get through a lot in each session which is useful. I like how practical they are in particular. I feel very comfortable discussing difficult subjects”
— Iona Smith, Director
“It gives you space to be, you let whatever your thinking out.
It’s not easy you are actively thinking about things which you may have been avoiding for a while but for me right now I know that by doing this coaching it’s propelling me into the right frame of mind but also into the person I want to be which is running an international business. It’s amazing, I definately recommend it to anyone”
— Annabel Giraud-Telme, Fashion Entrepreneur
“ A lot of people fear coaching as they often have to open up and that can be slightly uncomfortable. That said, if they are in need of coaching, then it is something they need to be ready to do to get the full benefit. If I was to describe coaching I would say that it is a process whereby a person (or coach) removed from the subject or situation can lead you into working out a number of solutions to an area of uncertainty or an issue you are struggling with without answering it for you. The coach will help you break it down so it is clearer to see the options or obstacles. “
